From Brecon town centre head westward out of town (towards Llandovery A40). Turn left at the traffic lights onto Ship Street go over the bridge (River Usk) continue along this road past Christ College (1/4 mile) until you reach the Llanfaes church opposite the petrol station and turn left; follow this road ( Bailihelig road ) straight across the mini roundabout follow up the hill over the A40 Brecon by-Pass and  past Bailihelig farm on your left. Continue along the same road for approximately 2 miles .At the second  road junction on your left you will find the cottage. Please check in at  Trosnant Farm which you will see approx 100yards away across the field from the cottage.
